How do I join the Goya Rewards Program?

Joining is easy! Simply sign up for a Goya account online or from Goya mobile app. You'll automatically be enrolled in our rewards program and you can start earning points right away. 

How do I earn Goya reward points?   

You earn points for every dollar you spend at Goya locations or when you purchase online for home brewing. You can also earn extra points during special events, anniversaries, and exclusive promotions.

How many points do I earn per purchase?  

For every dollar spent, you earn 1 point. Keep an eye out for special promotions where you can earn double or bonus points!

How can I redeem my points?

Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including free drinks, coffee pouches for home brewing, and exclusive Goya merchandise. The number of points required varies by item.

 Can I redeem points online and in-store? 

Yes! You can redeem your points both online and at any Goya location.

What rewards can I get with my points?

You can use your points for:
   - Free hot or cold drinks (50 points)
   - A free pouch of Goya coffee for home brewing (50 points)
   - Exclusive Goya merchandise (points required vary by item)

Do my points expire?
Yes, your points will expire if not used within 12 months of earning them. Be sure to redeem your points before they expire!
Can I combine points from multiple purchases?
Absolutely! Your points will accumulate with each purchase, whether it's in-store, online, or during special events.
Can I earn points for attending Goya events or anniversaries?
Yes! You can earn extra points during special events, anniversaries, and other Goya celebrations. These will be announced in advance, so be sure to keep an eye on our newsletter and social media for updates.
How do I check my points balance?
You can view your points balance by logging into your account on our website or Goya mobile app.
Can I use my points and pay the rest in cash?
Yes, if you are buying multiple items then you can use your points toward a purchase of an eligible item and pay for remaining items with cash, card, or another payment method.
Can I share my points or rewards with someone else?
Currently, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
Can I earn points on gift card purchases?
You earn points when redeeming a gift card for a purchase, but not when purchasing the gift card itself.
How to request to close my account
 If you wish to deleted your account, please submit an account management ticket to the Customer Care team. Please note, the team may request some further information in order to verify that you are the account holder.
