Delivery and Return

My Order

At Goya Coffee, we strive to ensure a seamless experience when placing, tracking, and receiving orders. Below are the detailed terms for managing your orders.

1. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all relevant details, including items purchased, shipping address, and order number. Please review this email to ensure all information is accurate. If there’s an error, contact us immediately at support@thegoyacoffee.com to make corrections.

2. Order Processing and Shipping

We process orders within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping timelines may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method.
  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped, we’ll send an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order status by logging into your Goya Coffee account and viewing your order history.

4. Modifying Or Cancelling Your Order

  • Modifications: If you need to modify details (such as shipping address or items), contact us immediately at support@thegoyacoffee.com. Modifications can only be made before the order has been processed for shipping.
  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled as long as they haven’t been processed for shipping. If your order has already been processed, you may still return eligible items (see our [Return Policy](#) for more details).

5. Subscription Orders

For customers enrolled in our subscription service:
  • Managing Subscriptions: You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Goya Coffee account. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before the next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged for the current cycle.
  • Shipping & Delivery: Subscription orders follow the same processing and shipping timeline as standard orders. You will receive confirmation and tracking emails for each subscription shipment.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or issue a replacement if necessary.
  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, email us at support@thegoyacoffee.com within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Include photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong items or an incomplete order, notify us within 7 days. We will correct the error at no additional cost.

7. Bill And Payment Issues

If there are any issues with payment (e.g., credit card declines, billing errors), we will contact you to resolve the issue. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Shipments

At Goya Coffee, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all our products. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high demand periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Options and Rates

We offer several shipping options based on your location and preference:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. You can view the estimated shipping cost before completing your purchase..

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 (after discounts and promotions) for U.S. domestic customers. This applies to one-time purchases and subscription orders. Shipping fees for orders below $50 will be calculated based on your location and shipping method.

4. Subscription Orders

All subscription orders ship at the intervals you select when signing up for a subscription. Standard shipping rates apply to each subscription shipment, except where free shipping is applicable.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the U.S. and are unable to process international orders. However, we’re continually working on expanding our shipping areas. Stay tuned for updates!

6. Shipping Address Errors

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you realize there is an error, contact us at support@thegoyacoffee.com immediately. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be changed, and any additional shipping fees for reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and selected shipping method. Goya Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by events beyond our control, such as weather disruptions or holidays.

8. Lost Or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or stolen after it has been marked as delivered, please contact us within 14 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and offer a replacement if necessary. We are not liable for packages that are stolen after delivery, so we encourage customers to use secure delivery locations.

9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and the packaging. Contact us at support@thegoyacoffee.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.

Returns

At Goya Coffee, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Below are the details for our return and exchange policy:

1. Coffee and Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable nature of coffee and related products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for coffee beans or other consumable items unless there is a defect or error with the order.

2. Merchandise (Non-Perishable Items)

You may return unopened, unused merchandise (e.g., brewing equipment, mugs, apparel) within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, contact us at support@thegoyacoffee.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide photos of the damaged or incorrect items, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

4. Subscription Orders

Subscription orders are not eligible for refunds once shipped. You may pause or cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings.

5. Subscription Orders

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@thegoyacoffee.com with your order number and details about the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refund Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged product).

6. Gift Cards and Sales Items

Gift cards and items purchased on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, certain items, such as reusable cups, that have been used are not eligible for returns.
